Terms and Conditions
When booking any dog service, we ask our clients to agree to the following terms.
Loose Leashes is a dog walking and dog care business run by Lalla Farquhar-Thomson. We provide dog walking, boarding and training services in London. Loose Leashes may employ third parties to provide the aforementioned services should the client agree, who have been trained, vetted and trusted by Lalla.
Loose Leashes agrees to provide the above services when booked in advance by their clients. We ask that our clients are understanding of the fact that timings must be flexible, and we agree that the services will be completed on the agreed day at the approximated time.
Loose Leashes asks that clients provide access information and/or keys so that their dog can be collected if they are not home. These will only be shared with Loose Leashes walkers should the client agree and Loose Leashes will never copy keys or share information unless the client has agreed.
Should the client cancel a session for any reason without 24hr notice, they will still be charged for the booked service.
If the client has agreed that their dog can be walked off leash, they must understand that there are risks involved in walking dogs in public spaces. While Loose Leashes takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of dogs in our care, there remains a risk that dogs may be injured or become unwell while under the care of a Loose Leashes dog carer including by other dogs that come into contact with their dog.
When booking with Loose Leashes London:
I agree that my dog can be walked off lead by Loose Leashes dog walkers;
I agree that Loose Leashes and its dog walkers are not responsible for veterinary costs or expenses that may arise if my dog is injured or becomes unwell under the care of a Loose Leashes dog walker;
I give up any right that I may have to make any claim against Loose Leashes or any of its dog walkers if my dog is injured or becomes unwell under the care of a Loose Leashes dog walker; and
If I provide keys or access codes to Loose Leashes to collect and drop off my dog when I am not home, I understand that Loose Leashes may provide those keys or access codes to a Loose Leashes dog walker for that purpose (Loose Leashes will never create copies of your keys without your permission)
